By using clicktrends.xyz (“the Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the Site. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, which form part of them.

ClickTrends is an independent editorial site that finds and lists AliExpress products we consider worth buying, and links to the official AliExpress listing for each one.

We are not a shop. We hold no inventory, take no payment, process no orders and ship nothing. Every purchase you make after clicking through is a contract between you and AliExpress (and the seller on AliExpress), governed by their terms, not ours.

Prices, discounts, ratings, review counts, sold counts, images, descriptions and availability are recorded from the live AliExpress listing at the time a deal was added or last reviewed. AliExpress changes these constantly and without notice.

We therefore give no warranty that any figure on this Site is current at the moment you read it. The price, stock position and shipping terms AliExpress shows you at checkout are the only authoritative ones. Any local-currency figure shown here is an indicative conversion at a public exchange rate, not a quote.

Where a listing turns out to be wrong, dead or misleading, tell us and we will correct or remove it: support@clicktrends.xyz.

Buyer reviews reproduced on this Site originate from the AliExpress listing they describe. They are the opinions of the buyers who wrote them, not of ClickTrends, and we do not write, commission, reword or selectively delete them. They are reproduced to help you judge a product, and remain the work of their authors.

Outbound product links on this Site are AliExpress affiliate links, and we may be paid a commission on resulting sales at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed on every page and set out in full in our Affiliate Disclosure.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the Site's content or republish our listings as your own;
• attempt to access the admin area, or any non-public endpoint, without authorisation;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by automated request flooding;
• strip, rewrite or substitute our affiliate tracking on outbound links;
• use the Site for anything unlawful, or in breach of AliExpress's own terms.

The ClickTrends name, logo, page design, written copy and the selection and arrangement of deals are ours, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Product images, product titles, trademarks and buyer reviews belong to AliExpress, the relevant sellers, brand owners or review authors, and appear here only to identify and describe the product being linked to. If you hold rights in material shown here and want it removed, write to support@clicktrends.xyz and we will act promptly.

Links from this Site lead to AliExpress and other third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products, their privacy practices or anything that happens to you there. Once you leave, their terms apply.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickTrends is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or from any purchase you make on AliExpress - including an item not arriving, arriving damaged or not matching its description, a price having changed, customs charges, or a dispute with a seller. Those are matters for AliExpress's buyer protection and dispute process.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights where they apply.

We may change these terms, or any part of the Site, at any time; the “last updated” date above records when. We may also withdraw access to anyone who breaches the acceptable-use section. You can stop using the Site at any point - there is no account to close.
